The customs clearance process is clear for shipments by truck. For the goods are released when the truck crosses the border, we use a system of pre-alert to the customs. But as long as the transport has not sent the manifesto, we can't process your request due to customs.

For ocean shipments, we can start clearing your goods as soon as the manifest arrives from your freight forwarder. However, before customs clearance is completely cleared, the goods must arrive at the port, be unloaded and in the warehouse, this process usually takes 3 days.

Air shipments are quite fast. We can process your goods through customs even before they are available for delivery using the Air Waybill.
